The course of the "Megas" stores dates back to 1945 when Yiannis Kousathanas, "THE MEGAS", founded in Matoyianni one of the first and most successful grocery stores in Mykonos.

In 1979, the second generation, Thanasis Megas, transformed and developed the business he inherited from his father, creating the first dive & beach shop on the island, representing international recognizable brands such as Cressi Sub, Mares, Speedo, Opinel, Victorinox, Balco.

Today, the third generation now assimilating the valuable knowledge of the previous generations, listened to the new needs of the visitors of Mykonos and adapted to the new data. Now the four "Megas" stores have a wide brand portfolio of footwear, sportswear and sunglasses.
